Did you know we have an "On Time or it's Free" Guarantee on our jumping castle and fun food installs? We were the first in the industry to  have the confidence to implement something like this and to date...we're yet to pay out!

When it comes to hosting your birthday party or any event, we know it can be a stressful time. The last thing you want to be doing is stressing about when your jumping castle, inflatable game or concession equipment is going to turn up.​

That's why we value the communication process so much between the time you book and the time your equipment is loaded into our vans, ready for delivery and set up at your party.​ Our booking system will automatically send you the allocated delivery and collection times of your party hire equipment, the day prior to your event. Once it's locked, you can rest assured, we'll be there between those times and you have one less thing to worry about.

So what is the "On-Time Guarantee" ?​

In a nutshell, if your jumping castle, inflatable game, fairy floss machine or whatever you've ordered from us, isn't ready to use at the start time of your event, we'll give it to you for free! Here's an example of what might happen with another jumping castle hire company:

Sally books an Inflatable Basketball game for hire at her church youth group event between 9.00am - 12.00pm.

At 8.45am, the jumping castle company calls Sally (if she's lucky) to advise they're stuck in traffic and won't make it there until 9.30am, hence delaying the entertainment she wanted to put on for the youth and creating a situation where a lot of unhappy kids are now a lot more difficult to handle!

The jumping castle company arrives at 9.30am, takes another 30 minutes to set up the basketball game and then leaves. It's now 10.00am with almost half of Sally's event over and her schedule in complete disarray.

The hire company returns at 12.00pm and dismantles the sports game and leaves without so much as an apology.

Believe it or not, this is all too common practise with other party hire companies...but not us! IF there was an unforeseeable event and our team arrived later than expected (which naturally can occur with breakdowns and/or accidents) and your event start time was impacted, we'd give you the equipment hire for FREE! 

How we handle our delivery times

With the large number of bookings we face each weekend, it's a difficult job coordinating all of the hire equipment and locations into a manageable time schedule. 

Our experience over the years though means that we understand how important punctuality is when delivering your jumping castle or setting up your equipment in time. That's why although your booking time may be set for a period of only 4 hours as an example, we might deliver and install your hire equipment many hours prior and not collect until many hours after or possibly even the next day!

There is no additional charge to you and you get the additional hire time of your jumping castle absolutely free!​

Keeping you updated

Scheduling is our number one priority. Communicating our intentions to you is a close second!

The day before your event, you'll receive an email clearly outlining the delivery and collection windows of your hire equipment as well as an SMS advising you the email has been sent (and no, we don't give you an 8.00am - 4.00pm window:)​

This gives you the opportunity to work other plans around our arrival and/or discuss any issues with us.​

  • OUR INSTALLATION TIME IS NEVER TAKEN FROM YOUR HIRE TIME. YOU PAID FOR YOUR HOURS AND YOU SHALL RECEIVE!

How we install...

It's important to remember that, in particular jumping castles and inflatables are extremely heavy items and we need as much assistance from you in terms of making access as easy as possible.

After booking, we provide you ​with a list of necessities that will help keep our delivery team on track throughout the course of the day. Here's a quick overview of how you can help:

  • Ensure access to the proposed set up area is clear and free of furniture, vehicles, toys etc
  • Clean up any sticks and animal mess as we won't install our inflatables on top of them
  • Have your power points ready and within the requirement distance (usually 25 metres)
  • Remember that we can't use power boards, double adaptors or junction boxes with our blower fans
  • Have any outstanding payments ready and available for the installer through either cash or card
